Antibiotice participated in the environmental awareness campaign – Earth Hour

For the eighth consecutive year, Antibiotice participated in the environmental awareness campaign – Earth Hour.

Saturday, March 19, 2016, between 20.30 and 21.30, the outdoor lighting was turned off  on the territory of the company, leaving Earth the respite to recharge with our energy.

Like every year around the spring equinox, Antibiotice joins the campaign Earth Hour, which involves the symbolic turning the lights off for one hour, in areas where this is possible (outdoor lighting of buildings).

At present, the greatest threat to life on Earth is climate change. One of the opportunities of the global economic crisis is the chance to change fundamentally the management of resources, protecting the environment by replacing polluting technologies and by using alternative energies.

Antibiotice’s participation within the campaign “Earth Hour” is included in the environment program ”Be pro nature! Get involved!” initiated by our company in 2008.
