The company Antibiotice processes the transmitted personal data in order to be able to respond to your requests. Subsequently, depending on the nature/complexity of your referral, we may require additional data.
The information is provided in writing or by other means, including, where appropriate, in electronic format. The information may be provided orally, provided that the identity of the data subject is proven by other means.
Protecting your personal data rights is an important aspect for Antibiotice S.A. For this reason we inform you that your data will be processed in accordance with the purpose for which they were transmitted to us:

to meet the legal provisions and those of the regulating authorities (1), (5)
to protect the Antibiotice’s or its stakeholders’ interests (1), (2), (3), (4), (5)
and we make sure that your data are processed:
(1) to meet the legal obligations;
(2) to protect the vital interests of end-users;
(3) to execute a contract or to take the necessary steps to conclude a contract with you,
(4) to protect the Antibiotice’s legitimate interests;
(5) to comply with high quality and safety standards on medicines and medical devices from Antibiotice portfolio (for reasons of public interest in public health).
Only in special situations your data can be provided to authorized institutions (e.g. regulatory authorities, administrative institutions, without limitation), and the retention term depends on the reported situation.
We also inform you that you have the following rights with respect to the personal data you provide us:
the right to access your personel data we process;
the right to have your personal data deleted (within the limits provided by law);
the right to have your personal data rectified;
the right to restrict the processing of your personel data;
the right to data portability, if technical conditions allow us;
the right to oppose the processing of personal data. In this case, Antibiotice will no longer process the data unless it has legitimate and compelling reasons that justify the processing, prevailing over the interests, rights and freedoms that would be affected by the Antibiotice’s failure to fulfill this right or for the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending a right in court.
