That is why we inform you that, following your steps to conclude a business agreement, your data will be processed exclusively within Antibiotice S.A. and strictly for the purpose for which they were transmitted to us. Data will be deleted if the purpose for which you contacted us no longer applies.

You can forward your proposal by other means of communication, thus avoiding the completion of this form. However, the required information is a minimum necessary for our relationship with you to conclude a partnership.

We also inform you that you have the following rights with respect to the personal data you provide us:

In this case, Antibiotice will no longer process the data unless it has legitimate and compelling reasons that justify the processing, prevailing over the interests, rights and freedoms that would be affected by the Antibiotice’s failure to fulfill this right or for the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending a right in court.
• the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
