Antibiotice manufactures medicines for veterinary use
Our company owns a portfolio of veterinary products in powder form for suspension for injection, ointments and nutraceuticals. Veterinary medicinal products are authorised for marketing by the Institute for the Control of Biological Products and Veterinary Medicines of Romania.
VetAria+ nutraceutical range
In 2024, we launched the VetAria+ veterinary nutritional supplement range, which complements the company’s veterinary medicinal products. This development direction is part of the strategy of expanding the product portfolio and is a source of future turnover growth. VetAria+ comprises eight products manufactured on authorized flows according to current requirements, whose composition is unique on the Romanian market. The products contain ingredients with optimal effects both in preventing and relieving the symptoms specific to the pathologies in which they are administered as an adjunct in treatment. Also, the pharmaceutical form of these supplements aligns with the latest presentation trends. We are talking about twist-off capsules, easy to ingest, with different flavours, which ensure the quality and freshness of the ingredients.
Recommended as an adjunct in the treatment of the most common conditions of pets (dogs and cats), VetAria+ nutritional supplements are dispensed without a prescription and are used in combination with medicine treatment in:
- cutaneous conditions
- liver disease
- kidney disease
- urinary tract disorders
- diseases of the joints
Quality veterinary medicinal products
In the promotion activity, Antibiotice collaborates with specialists from the Sanitary-Veterinary and Food Safety Department of Iasi, from veterinary clinics and specialized laboratories in the Iasi area. The quality of veterinary medicinal products is demonstrated by the certificate of conformity to good manufacturing practice (GMP) granted by the National Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety Authority.
Monitoring the safety and effectiveness of portfolio products is ongoing. The process consists of collecting, assessing and reporting to the competent authorities information on possible adverse reactions. In the course of pharmacovigilance work, the risk/benefit ratio of the use of products in veterinary practice is assessed on an ongoing basis.
For more information or in order to report a suspected adverse reaction, please refer to the information in our Contact section.
