Antibiotice S.A. is a leading Romanian company active in the pharma industry, which produces and delivers worldwide a large portfolio of generic medicines. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Rusia & CSI who will have international responsibility for the growth of generic medicine sales in the region. In this important position, you will be part of a dynamic international team and you will work directly with colleagues from R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Production, Marketing, and Quality. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing a strong and sustainable strategy in the territory to drive sales and profit growth of the assigned strategic business unit.Job Status

If you are a business leader and you enjoy developing commercial strategies and managing sales operations in a developing market for a leading pharmaceutical company this role has been tailor-made for you.
Regional Sales Manager is required to have a master’s degree ideally in business, marketing, or management with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in international sales, marketing, or pharmaceutical industry.
Skilled in organic business development and sales; can work with team members to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
Proven leadership skills (accounts and project teams)
Highly organized with attention to detail and excellent quality control skills
Excellent customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to hard work and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional planner with effective organizational and creative problem-solving skills
Experience managing direct reports to provide direction, coaching, and mentoring
Good written communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation in English, Romanian, Russian[DR1]
Proficient computer skills including the Internet, and Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferably located in Iasi/Bucharest/Chisinau/KievReporting to the International Sales Manager, the new Regional Sales Manager, area Rusia & CSI will be responsible for:

  • Build, implement, and monitories a regional and country strategy together with the local clients with a focus on ensuring the long-term sustainability and profitability of the company products
  • Implement trade policies at the international level in order to achieve quantitative and value targets within the allocated budgetary limits
  • Supporting and developing directly the existing and future client’s portfolio, driving and enabling new business opportunities
  • Defining and defending ambitious annual objectives and ways to reach them
  • Working closely with the Product Development Manager with relevant input from the markets in offering the ideal products’ portfolio
  • Working closely with the Head of Manufacturing and Supply Chain to increase sales and profitability
  • Prepare market research for certain suppliers/ industry fields
  • Provide strong leadership for the sales team to ensure the achievements of revenue targets and related KPI
  • Provide training a required for new and existing staff to meet company standards and to address training and development needs
  • Prepare Multi-annual/Monthly/Weekly sales performance reports to forecast revenue growth and business opportunities. Regularly monitor sales forecasts and formulate associated strategies or plans to develop business and generate revenue
  • Work closely with internal divisions of the company to provide clients with important information and promotional collaterals (e.g., detail aids, white papers, etc) with the aim of driving clients’ sales and marketing decisions
  • Directly responsible for price strategy in the territory and commercial negotiation of the commercial conditions and long-term agreements

Ensure knowledge of the economic and legislative context with the aim of generating sustainable growth in the region We are ideally seeking a change agent with advanced influencing, negotiating, and coaching skills; who has the ability to inspire and motivate others to develop and adopt best practice client development and sales mindset and approach.

The Regional Sales Manager will be offered a permanent contract and a competitive salary and other variable performance benefits.
