A working team for carrying out the procedures and activities necessary for the procurement of financing services analyzed the most efficient of the 3 bank offers received from UniCredit Bank, Alpha Bank and the European Investment Bank in order to conclude a contract worth 25 million euros, of which the amount of 115,098,845 lei for the investment project “Production capacity, packaging and storage of sterile products, solutions and topicals”, which is the subject of the Financing Agreement no. 538/17.05.2023 of the Ministry of Finance.

Following the evaluation, the Working Group selected the proposal of the European Investment Bank (EIB), which had the offer with the fewest multiannual costs, an important aspect being also the fact that the EIB did not apply for real estate or movable guarantees for financing.

Thus, Antibiotice makes known that by mid-November 2023 the loan agreement for financing the development program “The Future Together 2023-2030” will be signed.
