Antibiotice received the “Best Annual Report” award at the 2026 ARIR Gala
Antibiotice received the “Best Annual Report” award at the 2026 ARIR Gala, organized by the Romanian Investor Relations Association on 6 October at the National Library of Romania.
The award recognizes the quality of the 2025 Integrated Annual Report, which provides a comprehensive overview of the company’s financial results, sustainability performance and development priorities.

The report was prepared in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), reaffirming Antibiotice’s commitment to transparency and responsible communication with investors and other stakeholders.
The jury recognized the report’s clarity and structure, the way financial and sustainability information is presented, as well as its accessible and interactive format.

Performance underpinned by results
In 2025, Antibiotice continued to reduce its carbon footprint through measures implemented across its own operations and energy consumption, as well as in collaboration with supply chain partners. As a result, greenhouse gas emissions associated with the company’s operations and energy consumption decreased by almost 28% compared with the 2019 baseline and by more than 6% compared with 2024, while emissions associated with the supply chain decreased by 18% year-on-year.
At the same time, Antibiotice reused and recycled approximately 20% more water than in 2024 and recorded no environmental incidents or non-compliances throughout the year.

Responsible development beyond financial results
In 2025, the company achieved an employee retention rate of almost 98% and continued to invest in the professional development of its workforce. Through projects funded by European funds, approximately 500 pupils and students benefited from internships and training programmes at the company.
In its relationships with business partners, Antibiotice introduced the Business Partner Code of Conduct in 2025. The document sets out expectations regarding ethical conduct, the prevention of corruption and fraud, respect for human rights, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and social responsibility across the value chain, based on a zero-tolerance approach to corruption and bribery.
For the first time, the company also assessed suppliers representing 80% of its procurement spend against ESG criteria, with 42% classified as low risk. The company reported zero cybersecurity or personal data protection incidents.
Recognition of transparency and responsibility
The “Best Annual Report” award adds to a series of recognitions of Antibiotice’s efforts to communicate its performance and sustainability progress in a transparent and responsible manner. These include the Gold medal awarded by EcoVadis, the Gold level in the 2025 CST Index Romania, the “Best ESG Performance & Communication” award received at the 2025 ARIR Gala, and the “Best Practice Award for Human Capital Development”, which recognizes the company’s investment in the professional development of its employees and in preparing future generations of specialists through initiatives such as Academia a+.
