In 2022, we laid the foundations of the a+ Academy platform, designed not only for professional training, but also to open up new horizons.
We want every colleague to grow with us, prepared for the future of the company and the challenges of the coming years.

The a+ Academy has two essential pillars: the a+ Technical College, which offers practical training in the pharmaceutical field, and the a+ Business School, created for the continuous development of professional skills.
Here, learning never stops – whether we are talking about on-the-job training, new skills or personal career path.

But the a+ Academy means more than courses and qualifications. It is a bridge between generations, between school and professional life.
We have joined forces with universities and educational institutions to support future professionals through internships, visits within the “School Differently” program, career workshops, scholarships and support for school olympiads and competitions.

Through all these initiatives, we want to show that at Antibiotice, success comes from the desire to continuously learn, to evolve and to build a better future together.
