Perform a+ – Developing the Future Talents of the Pharmaceutical Industry
Perform a+ is the talent attraction and development program run by Antibiotice Iași, designed as a launch platform for future professionals in the pharmaceutical industry.
The program is delivered within Academy a+ and the organizational culture pillar “Antibiotice, a company oriented toward knowledge and performance”. Over eight weeks, the 9th edition (December 2025) brought together 43 high-performing undergraduate, master’s and PhD students from fields including pharmacy, chemistry, medical bioengineering, chemical engineering and biology.
Participants benefit from applied learning and hands-on experience through theoretical courses and practical activities carried out in multidisciplinary teams, covering production, research and quality areas. Sustainability and environmental protection topics were also included.
Across nine editions, 293 young talents have taken part in Perform a+, with 40 participants currently employed at Antibiotice, contributing to the development of innovative pharmaceutical products.
