Technical College a+

The a+ Technical College, an integral part of the a+ Academy, offers qualification and training programs addressed to those who wish to develop their professional skills or change their career direction. These courses are designed both for employees aiming for professional retraining, and for people outside the company.
Academy a+ Pre-UNIVERSITY Education (2023-2025)
Academy a+ UNIVERSITY Education (2023-2025)
For secondary school graduates, the a+ Technical College offers vocational training programs that culminate in an internally recognized qualification. After graduation, participants can apply for available positions within the company.
The first pilot program took place in 2022 and involved 12 candidates from outside the company, most of whom came from rural areas, who were trained to become flow operators in the pharmaceutical industry. They later joined our team. In 2023, we launched two more sessions, aimed at supporting unemployed people, people from disadvantaged backgrounds or those looking for a new professional direction. Through these initiatives, we want to offer participants the opportunity to work in a competitive sector, in a stable company, with real prospects for development.
For those with higher education, Antibiotice offers a complex and dynamic professional framework, covering a wide range of specializations: chemical engineering, economics, biology, pharmacy, medicine, IT and others. We focus on strategic areas such as research and development, international expansion, marketing and sales, strategic planning and digitalization – thus opening up new opportunities for professionals eager to actively contribute to the development of the pharmaceutical industry.
The main goal is to strengthen skills in the company’s essential activities, thus contributing to the sustainable development of the business in the pharmaceutical industry.

We have entered into partnerships with universities in Iași to create master’s programs, adapted to the specifics of the pharmaceutical industry. These will be available to company employees and students, offering them both theoretical and practical training, contributing to the recruitment of new talents. A concrete example is the collaboration with the “Grigore T. Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Iași, which in 2024 launched new master’s programs aimed at young people passionate about research and the pharmaceutical industry.
Antibiotice Iași is a partner in two of these:
- Pharmaceutical Safety Assessment, Master of Science in Research, 2 years
- Regulatory Affairs (Regulation and Authorization in the Pharmaceutical Field), Master of Science in Research, 1 year
