Also under the aegis of Academia a+, we continue and improve the programs that have already become traditional within our company, having a real impact on the educational community. These initiatives are designed to support young people and provide them with the most complete training possible, both professionally and personally:

Internships for students, giving them the opportunity to directly experience the working environment in the pharmaceutical industry
Student visits during the “School Differently” period, to give them an overview of our field and career possibilities
Career workshops organized for students, to help them better understand what working in the pharmaceutical industry entails and how they can build a successful future
Scholarships to support talented young people in their educational journey
Sponsorships for school olympiads and competitions, to encourage excellence in education
Collaborations with the Iași County School Inspectorate and the Iași Local Committee for the Development of the Social Partnership, with the aim of supporting local education and bringing young people closer to opportunities in the industry
Through all these initiatives, but also through many others, we are constantly strengthening our relationship with the educational environment and become a trusted employer on the labor market. We want to be an active partner in the training and development of future talents, and our collaborations with schools and universities are essential in this process.
