a+ Business School
The a+ Business School is the space dedicated to Antibiotice employees who want to learn, develop and innovate, on their way to performance.
Part of the a+ Academy, this initiative offers programs focused on developing essential competencies, leadership and management skills, thus contributing to increasing individual and collective efficiency within the company.
The programs are adapted to different levels of activity and addressed to all categories of employees, to meet the specific needs of each one. The project is gradually expanding, with the aim of involving all structures of the organization. Training activities are supported by both internal lecturers and specialized external providers, providing continuous access to quality professional development.
An important step in this endeavor was the launch, in 2022, of the e-learning platform, which allowed a significant number of employees to take online courses dedicated to personal and professional development. Since then, the digital library has been constantly enriched with new programs, and more and more colleagues are choosing to take them. These resources have proven essential both in the integration process of new employees and in supporting the continuous learning process across the entire team.
