    promotion of medical prescription medications by the representatives of Antibiotice S.A to individuals other than medical and pharmaceutical professionals;promotion and advertising materials left by the medical or sale representatives of Antibiotice S.A in places accessible to the general public, such as pharmacies, waiting rooms, hallways of hospital and clinics;performance of operations involving the processing of personal data of the personnel working in the medical and pharmaceutical field by the medical or sale representatives of Antibiotice S.A without their prior consent;provision of inaccurate, out-of-date and incomplete information about a medicine to the medical personnel that can be misleading in terms of its therapeutic quality by the medical or sale representatives of Antibiotice S.A;Internet advertising of medical prescription medications without restricting the access to medical or pharmaceutical professionals by means of a valid and verifiable system requiring a user name and a password;organization of events in which the hospitality offered to the healthcare professionals exceeds the limits of the expenses incurred for travel, meals, travel health insurance, accommodation, and registration fees, or is extended to include their spouse or relatives up to the 4th degree of kinship or any other accompanying person;illegal sponsorships or donations offered to medical or pharmaceutical professionals individually;other aspects.
